Who we are
Patron Safety Ltd, trading as Patron HSE Consultancy, 73 Countess Way, Milton Keynes, MK10 7JQ. Contact: piotr@patronhse.co.uk, 07860 278 115. We are the controller of the personal data you give us through this website.
What we collect
When you send a form: your company name, email address and phone number, and which service you asked about. If you accept analytics cookies: anonymous information about how the website is used.
Why we use it
To call you back, understand what you need and send you a quote. We do this because you asked us to, as a step before entering into a contract, and because we have a legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
Who sees it
Our team, and the companies that provide our website hosting and email. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
If you do not become a client, we delete your enquiry details after 6 months. If you become a client, we keep your details for as long as we work together and as long as the law requires afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Write to piotr@patronhse.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
Analytics cookies are used only if you accept them. You can refuse and the website will work the same.
24/7 Support
24/7 Support is for clients with an annual subscription. To give access, we keep the work e-mail of each person your company names, and you log in with a one-time code sent to that e-mail. Your questions and the files you attach are sent to Anthropic, the company whose artificial intelligence (Claude) writes the answers, only to prepare the answer; Anthropic is based in the United States. We keep your conversation history for 12 months so that the service can follow earlier questions and our consultants can answer what the service passes on to them; you can download it or delete it at any time in the menu. Files you send go to our consultants. 24/7 Support uses one cookie that keeps you logged in; it is needed for the service to work.
